There are three ways to create a sales document :
Either from the CRM module : click on the “create” button then on “sales document” :
Or from the CRM file of the company or private contact, click on the purple menu with the calculator and click on “Create a sales document” :
Or from the Sales module, click on the + button :
In the “type of document” field, select the “material” type, then fill in the fields, the ordering party being your customer (company or private individual).
Warning, the fields marked with an * are mandatory fields to be filled in in order to validate its creation :
Enter the designation or reference of the material article in the “add a product, a part, a material” field then click on the desired material article. The stock availability indication is in orange, which means that the stock on base is insufficient to cover the sale needs but that there is stock on one or more bases in order to cover the needs :
Click on the orange "stock available on other bases" indicator to get visibility of stocks, at end. For this example, we are going to create a transfer request on “concess 1” :
The transfer request window opens, enter the desired delivery date, select the transfer type “material” in order to send a notification to the collaborators concerned by the validation and acceptance of the material transfer, indicate the quantity to be transferred and then click on “save” :
Back to the sales document, if you click on the “in demand” availability then your transfer request will appear. If you click on your request then you will access your transfer request window :
