In some cases, you will have to withdraw a time you declared sometimes because of an error on the technician, or date of intervention.
If your work order has not yet been invoiced, don’t panic :)
Go back to the work order in question, visualize the labor you need to remove. In this example we are going to remove the time (task) by 0.75 (45 minutes). If you don’t remember when the technician intervened, then click on the 0.75 completed task and his recap will be displayed.
Your technician worked on 20/12 then click on entry to access the entry schedule :
Select the technician and the intervention date, the completed declared task is now visible, click on “remove” to delete it :
You click on "Delete" et it's done.
Your task has been deleted, it is no longer associated with the technician since the time entry per user :
