The quick sale is when you make a counter sale.
Create a quick sale in 4 steps :
- Step 1 : Choose a type of sale and add the ordering party
- Step 2 : Add the product
- Step 3 : Add a payment
- Step 4 : Add a Delivery note and an Invoice
NB : If you need the discount column, please contact us via chat so that we can add the option.
- Please go to the Sales module,
- Click on Create
- Click on Quick sale
The quick sale document opens.
Step 1 : Choose a type of sale and add the ordering party
The upper part has 2 sales options :
- “Cash” counter sale
- Counter sale "on account” (Your customer is in your database and the Add a payment section won’t appear on the document).
Here we are doing a “Cash” counter sale :
By default, Issued by and Issue contact are automatically filled in with your company name and your name.
However, it's up to you to choose the ordering party by clicking on it. You can make a search or create it :
Step 2 : Add the product

Choose the desired Product by typing the name or by creating it :
Step 3 : Add a payment

Click on Add a payment :
New fields appear for choosing the payment method :
Step 4 : Add a Delivery note and an Invoice
While still on the same document, you can :
- Add a Delivery note
- Add an invoice
by clicking on Add field as shown below :
For the Delivery note you can choose all the fields you want from the drop-down list. They will be added one below the other.
The same procedure will be used for the Invoice, you can also add fields from the drop-down list :
When everything is filled in, you can Validate your document at the bottom left :
When you click on “Validate” blgCloud generates your documents :
