2 scenarios: account customer / cash customer
Scenario 1: quick sale on "on account" customer, end of month invoicing:
Generation of the sales document (order of items in store stock) + logistics voucher (stock issue).
From the CRM or sales module, click on the "create" button then "quick sale":
Click on the "account customer" counter sales profile:
Inform the principal (account customer / company) then enter the designation or reference of the item in stock to increase it in the quick sale (be careful only on products in stock)
When the products are integrated into stock on the quick sale, click on "validate', (two buttons available at the top or bottom of the document) in order to instantly generate the quick sale + the BL (out of stock):
The sale is finalized, possibility to preview the order to be invoiced at the end of the month + BL by clicking on "preview":
Possibility to print or send by email the customer order and or BL:
Scenario 2: quick sale on a "cash" customer without a business or individual customer account (contact not linked to a business).
Generation of the sales document (order of items in store stock) + logistics voucher (output from stock) + customer invoice (with declaration of means of payment with the possibility of printing a receipt).
From the CRM or sales module, click on the "create" button then "quick sale":
Click on the "cash customer" counter sales profile:
Inform the principal (company or individual), enter the designation or reference of the item in stock to increase it in the quick sale (be careful only on products in stock), declare the means of payment (cash, check , credit card mainly) then click on validate (two buttons available at the top or bottom of the document):
Possibility to print or send by email the completed order + BL + invoice by clicking on "preview" and to print the customer receipt:
