A new feature is now available to add text faster to your sales document’s comments :
- Work requested/performed
- Work to be done/reported
When you click on one of the two comments, a small window is added so you can create comments’ lists in order to add them faster the next time :
To configure the adding of predefined text, click on the “+” :
By default, the application field will be added according to the field from which you made the creation, as below :
To create a predefined comment, add :
- The comment
- The title
- The application field
The filter bar is at your disposal to specify on which type of element the comment should be applicable/proposed.
Example :
To finalize click on Save.
The comment above will therefore be proposed in the sales document of type “Workshop Service” in the Work requested/performed field.
This comment is created and available for this field.
Clicking on this one will allow you to add the comment in the box the next times, without having to type the text again.
The small Pen icon next to the text allows you to modify the input :
To add an additional predefined text you can click on the “+” :
To manage the predefined texts, simply click on the gearwheel :
Therefore, from this view it will be easy to delete the text with the cross or add another text with the Add a predefined text button.
