How can a time be completely or partially allocated to a work order from blgCloud?
In this example, the 2.25 labor has already been declared and linked to the technician, the labor article is incremented on the work order.
We told the customer that we would need 1.50 of intervention but your technician actually spent 2.25 hours. You decide to bill 1.50 and to spend 0,75 in internal transfer.
Click on “reassign the line” in the labor article :
The line reallocation window appears, enter the billable quantity and click on "add line" :
The balance due displays, click on the internal transfer position field, and select it :
Click on “save”.
Back to the work order, the 2.25 hours were split into a line at 1.5 hours billable and another line at 0.75 in internal transfer, the HT amount of the work order has been impacted and therefore reduced.
Note that the labor allocated in internal transfer is not linked to invoicing authorization via “stock removal” logistic form. If your company doesn’t generate a transfer invoice, it won’t be necessary to create a logistic form :
