The blgCloud web application works with the 3 latest versions of the following browsers:

• Google Chrome,
• Chromium,
• Microsoft Edge.

To benefit from the latest features, security fixes and best performance, make sure to keep your browser up to date.

Safari and Internet Explorer do not support some of the features required for blgCloud to function properly and are therefore not supported.

Some browser extensions may also cause slowdowns or malfunctions. We recommend avoiding extensions that modify page content.

Only full and native versions of browsers are supported.

Some virtual environments or thin clients may experience performance issues, particularly if the required graphics acceleration is not available.

On smartphones or tablets, we recommend using the blgCloud mobile application.

On iPhone and iPad, Chrome and Firefox use the Safari browser engine and are therefore not supported for using the blgCloud web application.
