If you can no longer log in to blgCloud, you have two options:

• click on “Forgot password” from the login page to receive a password reset email ;
• contact an administrator for your instance, who can access your user record and set a new password.

You can then use your new password to log in to blgCloud.

To change a user's password, go to Administration > User management in blgCloud.

From the user list, find the person concerned directly in the list or use the “Contact” filter by entering their name to display them in the results.

Once you have found the user, click on their name or email address to open their record.

You can then choose one of the following actions:

• Send a password reset email to the user;
• change the user's password directly.

You can then provide the new password to the user. They can use it to log in to blgCloud again.
