This tutorial is intended for customers who have the Extranet button to send invoices.
The invoice sent does not contain the details, however it is possible to activate the option of adding the attachment in order to send the (complete) PDF of the invoice at the same time.
To do this, you need to add the tag "Invoice attachment" to your customer's CRM file :
This tag allows you to see in your email this option :
Thanks to this option, the PDF invoice will be added to your email.
Important note : Whether your customer has this tag or not, the PDF invoice will always be available for download from their private space.
