To distribute a spare parts catalogue or user manual, you must use the “Nomenclature” module in your BLG instance.
Here is the process:
1. Creation of the nomenclature
In the “Nomenclature” menu, create a new nomenclature using the “+” at the top of the page.
In the type, you select “Spare Parts Catalogue” or “User Manual”.
In the reference and title, you enter the value you want.
2. Configuration of the nomenclature
In the “Links/Attachments” section, fill in the following information:
- Links: you can select a material, a brand, a model or a range on which the document will be carried
- Attachments: you can add the desired document (PDF, PNG or JPG format)
3. Type of Extranet Dissemination
You can choose to distribute this user manual or spare parts catalogue by editing the nomenclature and filling in the field “Extranet distribution”: No, Private or Public.
4. Viewing in the extranet digital notebook
On the digital notebook of the machine concerned, new blocks appear with the information entered in the nomenclature you have just created:
