If you want to create service plans and add type of controls on your machines, here are the steps to follow:
- How to create a maintenance plan ?
- How to create Inspection types ?
- How to search for upcoming checks?
- How do I export the results of my search?
1. How do I create a maintenance plan?
Please go to the Park and Maintenance Plan module on the left menu:
Click on the "+" to add a maintenance plan:
This form appears:
-
Active : If you want to make this type of control active or not
-
Title : Add a title to your interview plan
-
Renewable : If yes, it will start again depending on the periodicity
- Periodicities linked with previous checks : Yes or No takes into account the period of controls made before.
We just created the 500h Pallet stacker :
Click "Edit Maintenance Plan":
When your maintenance plan is created, you can open it by clicking on it and add types of controls. (2nd step of this tutorial).
Indeed a button appears as below:
2. How do I create control types?
A type of control is the name given to a machine inspection. This can be punctual (for example for the inventory of places of entry or exit rental, also called check-in or check-out) or periodic (VGP).
I add a control type to my maintenance plan as explained above from the Create Inspection Type button.
This form allows you to create it.
Please provide the following information:
- Title: The name of the control type
- Periodicity: Make a choice between: Hours, Month or Km
- Renewable: If yes it will start again depending on the periodicity
- Active: If you want to make this type of control active or not
- Affected by upcoming checks: If this option is yes, the delay/advance of one interview will affect the other.
- Extranet distribution: Retrieval of information for the types of controls of your website
- Nomenclature: Putting a nomenclature is useful if you create a Work Order, you then have the opportunity to enter a link to a type of periodic control. If this type of control to a BOM, then the BOM will automatically be added to the OT.
NB: The concept "Maintenance plan: Undefined" means that for the moment this control is not part of a maintenance plan.
3. How to look for upcoming controls?
You can check the future controls through the left-hand menu To come.
You can put in Maintenance Plan mode and put the Inspection type added in this plan:
Thus the next machines to be checked stand out:
Blg allows you to search for deviations in periods, it can be late (negative) or anticipated (positive):
Example:
In my example I put between 100 and 600 on the maintenance plan, so I have a feedback on future controls.
NB: The 600 can correspond to 600 (hours) / 600 (days) / 600 (months) - depending on the unit of the type of control, which you choose in the filter
4. How do I export my search results: To Come ?
Once you have obtained the results of your "To Come" search, you have the opportunity to export them.
At the top right, an export button is available (provided you have data export rights).
It is then possible to choose the fields you want to export, modify their order and define a "profile" to avoid systematically selecting the same fields.
