Your account is created automatically upon your first login to your blgCloud instance. As a reminder, administrators and key users can request access to all support requests for their instance. Once the request is made, you will receive an email to set up your password.
I have a question, how do I contact the support team ?
On your blgCloud instance, you will find a small black speech bubble 🗨 at the bottom right of your screen that will allow you to ask your question. if it does not appear, you will see the "Chat" indication just below the bubble. Click on it to ask your question!
To help you best, please be as precise as possible!
We are here for you, but to respond to your request in the best possible way, please provide us with :
- a quick "hello" (it's always nicer) 😊
- a detailled explanation of your request
- one or more screenshosts of the issue(s) you are encountering
- and most importantly... the linck related to your request
